髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的诊治

　　色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(Pigmented villon-odular synovitis,PVS)主要是指关节、滑囊以及腱鞘内的滑膜呈结节状或绒毛状进行性增生.以滑膜增生、棕黄色绒毛结节突出及含铁血黄素沉着为特点.病因不明,以膝关节多发,其次为髋关节.由于其起病隐匿、症状不典型,缺乏特异性辅助检查手段,临床常常漏诊甚至误诊.我科自1996年3月-2002年3月共收治髋关节PVS 12例,均经手术及病检确诊,报告如下.……
