Natural patch material from animal is gradually recognized and accepted by clinical because of its great strengths in many aspects. However, the level and ability of making this kind of patch is still relatively backward for lack of advanced equipment. In order to solve this problem, a new specialized instrument was designed in this study. The instrument could not only meet requirements of the experiments in the laboratory, but also could adapt to the medical patch material industrial production process of industrialization, large-scale and mass production. There are a lot of advantages of the new specialized instrument, such as simple structure, low cost and convenient using process. The processing ability and treatment effect of animal-derived membrane materials were improved exponentially. It has a positive effect on promoting the production of medical patch material.
