Objective:Toexploretheinfluenceoftheactivitiesof〝heart〝careclubonanxietyanddepression,medicationcompliance and follow-up compliance of patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional therapy. Methods:The retrospective analysis was performed to conduct an interview with 140 selected patients who met the inclusion criteria and the patients were divided into group A and B according the results of investigation. The differences of depression and anxiety status,medication compliance and follow-up compliance of the patients were analyzed in the two groups after one year of the interventional therapy. Results:The depression score of the patients was significantly lower in group A than that in group B(P﹤0. 01);the medication compliance was significantly better in group A than group B (P=0. 0009);the follow-up compliance was significantly better in group A than group B(P=0. 0013). Conclusion:The regular stand-ardized activities of〝heart〝 care club can relieve the depression status of patients with acute coronary syndrome after interventional therapy and can improve their medication compliance and follow-up compliance.
