Two types of sandwich panels with enhanced interfaces which were grooved perforation sandwich and lattice reinforced sandwich plates were prepared by the use of vacuum infusion process.The shear property of the sandwich panels were analyzed by the inclusion method of micromechanics and finite element simulation.The analytical results were compared with the experimental results.It is found that the shear strength of foam core can be improved by 9. 2％ through the resin column, and the enhanced proportion of shear modulus was not obvious. The shear strength and shear modulus of lattice web reinforced foam core sandwich can be greatly increased by 18. 4％ and 50. 4％,respectively.
