SAPO-34 zeolite membranes were prepared on external surface of four-channel α-Al2O3 hollow fibers for pervaporation dehydration by secondary-growth method. Influence of operating temperature on pervaporation performance of the membranes was investigated. The structure stability of the membranes was also evaluated for pervaporation dehydration. Results showed that high-quality SAPO-34 zeolite membranes were prepared with the induction of ball-milled seeds. The membrane exhibited a high separation factor of 3600 and permeation flux of 3. 34 kg/(m2·h) in dehydration of isopropanol(90％)-water(10％) mixture and performed a separation factor of 419 and permeation flux of 1. 19 kg/(m2·h) in dehydration of ethanol ( 90％)-water ( 10％) mixture at 75 ℃. The membranes showed good operating stability and acid resistance during pervaporation dehydration.
