Flow field shaped solid ( FFSS) chip electrode was proposed and fabricated by screen printing technology.Thin layer cell (TLC) was made by recently developed 3D printing to detect Pb2+in biological methane fermentation broths with square wave anodic stripping voltammetry (SWASV) at flow state.The effect of flow rate and other factors were investigated.It turned out that the SWASV signals were linear in the range of 0. 5?100 μg/L Pb2+ with the relation of Ip=0. 1326ρ+0. 2835 ( R=0. 9987) and the measurable detection limit was 0. 2 μg/L. Compared with traditional SWASV at stirring state,SWASV at flow state showed a higher sensitivity and reproducibility with much less sample quantity,and provided a good platform for portable and on?line detection of heavy metal ions.
