ICT in Education is a critical path to promote the educational development in rural poverty region. During the ＂13th Five-Year＂ period, how to further promote the development of ICT in Education in poor rural areas, carry educational equity forward and improve the quality of education, is the important and difficult points to the next phase in construction of the National ICT in Education. This study, which compared with the promotion models of developed area, was proceeded from the current promotional situation of ICT in Education in poor rural region, analyzed and summarized the patterns and strategies of ICT in Education in rural poverty area. Also, this study put forward a solution for ICT in education, which is an integrated system of management, service, education and research, and should be implemented overall and gradually. Take the advantage of well-considered platform, the ＂Education Links Us＂ could be finally realized as well.
